DATA DELETION

1. Requesting Data Deletion
At Influencer League, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our servers. You can initiate this process by logging into your account, navigating to Settings, and selecting "Delete Account." Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account to request complete data deletion.
2. Disconnecting YouTube & Google Data
If you have linked your YouTube account to our platform to showcase your analytics, you can remove our access to this data at any time. To do so, visit your Google Account Security Settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), find "Influencer League" in your connected third-party apps, and click "Remove Access". Once access is revoked, we will stop fetching new data, and you can contact us to securely delete previously fetched YouTube analytics.
3. Disconnecting Instagram & Meta Data
To disconnect your Instagram or Facebook account and remove our access to your Meta analytics, go to your Instagram or Facebook Settings, navigate to "Apps and Websites", and remove "Influencer League". This revokes our API access. Please contact us to ensure any cached Instagram metrics are purged from our database.
4. What Data Gets Deleted
When you request complete data deletion, we will permanently remove your profile information, connected social media metrics, portfolio, pricing data, and login credentials from our active database. Please note that certain transactional data (e.g., invoices for completed campaigns) may be retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes as required by law.
5. Processing Time
Once a data deletion request is initiated, we will begin the deletion process immediately. Complete removal of your information from all active systems, backups, and logs may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
